Putting everyone above yourself often results in feeling burnt out, resentful, and/or questioning what you want. I talk about why I'm no longer a people pleaser - toxic things I would do, gift giving, love languages, and an update on my last visit to the doctors. Ladies, check ya tits, and be your own advocate. If something feels off or weird consult a doctor ALWAYS, and if you still feel weird get a second opinion! The past week has been mentally challenging for me, so it's a shorter episode (I'm in my feelings right now).
